About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Consultant to join our team in Box Hill VIC. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping a world where people and communities thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customers are satisfied and become strong advocates for ANZ.
  • Deliver a seamless banking experience to customers through meeting their end-to-end financial needs and goals.
  • Act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.
  • Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer focus and retail experience.
  • Experience in being a user and promoter of technology, with working knowledge in using different digital channels.
  • Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Sound understanding of compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
