Commercial Administrator

The Design Commercial Administrator plays a crucial role in the procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting of Construction project trade contracts. This position requires strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project WHS, commercial, quality, and program objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all commercial and financial activities to ensure completed works meet the Work, Health, Safety & Environmental (WHS&E), Sustainability (ESD), time, cost, and quality objectives for the project.
- Manage the procurement, establishment, and proper administration of all allocated subcontracts and/or supply agreements.
- Ensure all commercial administration activities on the project are in accordance with Scentre policies and procedures.
- Assist in the timely and accurate submission of project reporting.
- Qualification in a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar commercial role.
- Accuracy in all areas of forecasting and cost management.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
