Client Experience Manager

About the Role:
The Client Experience Executive is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences across various projects. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as an expert project manager to ensure delivery of market-leading experiences to clients.
- Gain a solid understanding of client project objectives to execute each project efficiently with great attention to detail.
- Effectively manage conflict resolution, compliance, and client deliverables.
- Deliver collateral to demonstrate the effects of partnerships throughout active periods of campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to surprise and delight partners.
Requirements:
- Previous project management or implementation experience.
- Understanding of the media and advertising landscape, as well as the creative process.
- Some exposure to brand and content integration, multiscreen solutions, and/or events.
- Highly organized and able to work to deadlines.
- Ability to solve problems and think proactively.
- Passion for content in written, visual, or audio formats.
