Customer Experience Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Experience team as a Base Administrator. This is a critical role that will support our Manager, Cabin Crew and Cabin Crew Leadership Team in ensuring the efficient implementation of administrative processes across our ports in Melbourne Tullamarine, Avalon, and Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our Cabin Crew leaders, including responding to queries, communicating crew performance and operational concerns, and verifying expense claims and invoices.
- Communication: Act as a key point of contact for our VIC and SA bases, responding to a broad range of queries in a timely manner.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify ways to improve processes and better support our Cabin Crew.
- Payroll Support: Provide advice and resolution on payroll-related issues and act as a point of contact with our payroll team.
- Entitlements and Benefits: Follow up and approve requests for various entitlements or benefits for our Cabin Crew as per our team's individual EBA's.
- General Administration: Provide general administrative support, including uniforms, ASICs, car park passes, maintenance of base administration guides, and general office supplies.
- Experience: Proven experience in a key Administrator role that demonstrates a combination of admin/organisation and management of multiple stakeholders.
- Payroll Knowledge: Exposure/understanding of payroll processes (desired).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Literacy: High level computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs.
- Attention to Detail: High level attention to detail and ability to work on multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
