Job Title: Project Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

About the Role
  • The Project Officer will be responsible for supporting the Employer Engagement Team in delivering efficient and effective operations of services across all areas of MAX Solutions nationally.
  • This role involves servicing national account Employers, validating placements, managing wage subsidies, and tracking placements to outcome.
  • Responsibilities include contributing to daily tasks, conducting de-brief sessions, assisting with help desk functions, promoting services, and approving Wage Subsidy agreements and payments.
Key Qualifications and Skills
  • Excellent understanding of Employment Services Contractual requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and computer skills – Advanced Word, Excel, Internet & email.
  • ESS system or equivalent experience preferred.
