We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Workplace Health and Wellness Program Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of employees at our client site in Regional, QLD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Deliver a holistic health and wellness program focusing on key areas of wellbeing, including physical, mental, social and work wellbeing;">
  • Implement health, fitness and wellness programs to create a balanced and productive workforce with optimal health outcomes;">
  • Facilitate regular health and injury topics through workshops, seminars and toolbox presentations;">
  • Provide private and group health and wellbeing consultations;">
  • Lead and supervise group exercise classes and individual consultations;">
  • Coordinate, promote and facilitate social events;">
  • Clean and maintain gym facilities and equipment;">
  • Report writing and administration.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Energetic and resilient approach to work;">
  • Knowledge of holistic health and wellbeing principles;">
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills;">
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;">
  • Demonstrates initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines;">
  • Certificate III or IV in Fitness or Diploma of Sport and Recreation; and">
  • A current First Aid Certificate.">
