Executive Director of Residential Care

About the Role

  • Lead a team of approximately 100 clinical and support staff in delivering high-quality resident care services.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for operational performance, accreditation, compliance, and sustainability.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, families, staff, healthcare providers, and the wider community.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, diversity, and continuous improvement in aged care services.

About You

  • You are a registered nurse with current registration.
  • You have extensive experience as a manager or equivalent leadership role in residential aged care.
  • You possess strong knowledge of aged care quality standards, compliance frameworks, and sector reform.
  • You have a track record in workforce management, including budgeting, rostering, and HR oversight.
