Milestones Dalby is a welcoming and down-to-earth centre where children aged 0–5 are supported to grow, learn, and thrive at their own pace. Our team of passionate educators genuinely love what they do - and it shows in the care, attention, and encouragement they give to every child.

About the Role
- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
About You
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
- A current Working with Children's Check.
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
