**Holiday Park Experience**:

We're seeking a customer-focused professional to join our Front Office team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and a warm welcome.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our visitors.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience within the hospitality industry (preferably with a focus on customer service)
  • Proficiency in RMS or comparable reservation systems
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office
  • A well-presented and organized approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • A flexible attitude towards work rosters, including weekends and public holidays
  • A current driver's license
