We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our dedicated Front of House team in a dynamic environment.

As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to develop your customer service skills and work with colleagues who share similar values.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles and be able to work well under pressure.

In return, you will receive discounts for both dine-in and take away meals.

This is a part-time/casual position with varying hours, including evenings and shift work.

Experience in customer service is preferred, but not required. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving

- Maintain a safe and clean working environment that adheres to health and safety regulations

- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills

- Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems
  • Physical stamina to withstand long periods on your feet
