Job Description

As a Reverse Logistics Ops Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the operational flow of returns and ensure that all C-RET associates are equipped with up-to-date, standardized training.

  • The Reverse Logistics Operations team is responsible for efficiently processing customer returns. By doing so, we maintain high customer satisfaction levels and further strengthen our reputation for convenience and reliability.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as return processing time, item disposition rates, and backlog management to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with 3PL providers to plan labor, including peak periods, ensuring production continuity.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site support for local ReLo operations.
  • Manage training programs for new hires and process launches.
  • Conduct Gemba walks to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prioritize and provide timely feedback on customer return issue tickets.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational background.
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies and their application in process improvement.
