Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Policy Consultant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of insurance services and work with a leading rural and business insurer.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing high-quality support to clients and distribution partners by processing insurance renewals, endorsements, and policy updates. You will also underwrite risks within your delegation, ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, and monitor the quality of submissions.

Other key tasks include managing emails, coordinating post-outs, handling incoming calls, and supporting debtor follow-ups.

Requirements
  • Tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems to manage tasks efficiently
  • Clear communicator with strong rapport-building and active listening skills
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to timely, accurate service delivery
  • Able to work autonomously, make decisions, and follow business processes
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities and maintain compliance
