Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and tactics
  • Manage store performance, including visual merchandising standards
  • Motivate and develop your team to deliver outstanding results in sales and customer service
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales, celebrating wins and identifying areas for improvement
  • Manage rosters and wage costs in line with company targets and operational needs
  • Coach and develop team members to ensure ongoing training, high morale, and strong succession planning
  • Oversee stock levels, store presentation, and operational excellence
  • Evaluate and improve business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
