Assistant Store Manager

A dynamic and ambitious leader is required to drive sales, coach the team, and deliver exceptional customer service. This exciting opportunity will see you work side-by-side with our store manager to achieve outstanding results in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a senior casual, key holder, 3IC, or supervisor in a high-volume retail environment. Proven ability to lead a team and deliver strong results in sales and KPIs is essential.

About the Role
  • Drive store performance by achieving sales targets, KPIs, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to deliver outstanding results in sales and customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyse store sales performance daily, weekly, and monthly – celebrate wins and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage rosters and wage spend in line with operational efficiency.
  • Coach and mentor team members, driving high morale, ongoing training, and succession planning.
  • Oversee stock levels, store presentation, shrinkage control, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with all OH&S policies and relevant state and national legislation.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Previous experience in a leadership role in a retail environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering strong results in sales and KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for coaching others.
  • Operational know-how across stock management and visual merchandising.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for customer experience and working with premium product.
