We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our retail team, drive sales and customer satisfaction, and contribute to the success of our business.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for managing a high-volume retail store. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and manage daily operations, including stock levels, visual merchandising, and staff performance.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ambitious and results-driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
