Role and Responsibilities

As a Retail Manager, you will:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect items.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately using our POS system.
  • Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide recommendations and answers to customer queries.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting in-store specials.
