Talent Acquisition Specialist

The role partners with internal talent attraction teams, people and culture cohorts, and external partners to help deliver on the company's Diversity & Inclusion strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Talent Attraction and specialist D&I teams to provide attraction, recruitment, and onboarding support for various D&I identities.
- Act as the first point of contact for external enquiries via the Inclusion Inbox.
- Provide key advice and training support to the Talent Attraction team on D&I candidate themes and inbound requests.
- Coordinate the delivery of the Talent Attraction D&I Strategy via project coordination.
- Share recruitment data and views on D&I activity to inform recruitment process design and optimisation.
- Track D&I recruitment trends in the market and attend internal and external events as the Talent Attraction D&I representative.
- Support internal D&I Employee Groups and external D&I partnerships to ensure cohesive talent attraction initiatives aligned with Australia Post's strategy and values.
This role requires a recruitment professional with prior experience in internal or RPO recruitment, with a proven track record in managing multiple competing priorities and building strong relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for D&I recruitment and be able to think commercially and strategically.
