We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Regulatory Breach Reporting and Compliance Manager. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Incident and Breach Management frameworks, policies, tools, systems and processes required for the organisation to effectively manage compliance risks.
The successful candidate will undertake compliance assessments of compliance incidents to support the regulatory breach assessment processes. They will also present compliance assessments to relevant stakeholders and forums as required.
In addition, they will assist in the provision of compliance advice, insights, themes and trends to key stakeholders including boards, committees and other forums in relation to incidents and breaches.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and policies
- Conducting compliance assessments and providing recommendations for improvement
- Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders
- Providing guidance and support to colleagues on risk and compliance matters
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A tertiary qualification in Law, Commerce, Finance, Risk Management or a related field
- Relevant post graduate and/or professional qualification desirable
- At least 5+ years experience in a similar role or compliance role experience in the financial services industry is desirable
