We are seeking a skilled Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality exercise physiology services.
Key Responsibilities- Support clients to restore their physical and mental wellbeing, achieve functional goals, and return to work or life following injury or illness.
- Complete comprehensive assessments and deliver personalised, evidence-based exercise programs across various settings including gyms, pools, homes, workplaces, and community environments.
- Apply sound clinical reasoning to develop, implement, and monitor client-centred plans tailored to their unique goals.
- Deliver services aligned with the Clinical Framework for the Delivery of Health Services, focusing on evidence-based care and client outcomes.
- Identify and address physical, psychological, social, and environmental barriers to recovery, providing holistic strategies to support return to function and meaningful engagement in life.
- Collaborate with other health professionals, insurers, employers, and support networks to ensure cohesive and effective service delivery.
- Current membership with ESSA as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- A strong sense of initiative, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
- New graduates welcome - we offer structured onboarding, regular supervision, and professional development pathways.
- SIRA Allied Health Practitioner number (an advantage, but not essential).
- Deliver a wide variety of exercise physiology and wellbeing services to support people across all stages of recovery and health.

This diverse and rewarding role will see you working with clients across a variety of schemes including Workers Compensation & CTP, NDIS, Life Insurance, Health Coaching, and Pre-employment and Functional Capacity Assessments.
