Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

This role will support the lifecycle strategy for partner acquisition and conversion by driving continuous incremental uplifts throughout our communications channels.

  • Map customer needs and create communication journeys that add value.
  • Collaborate with teams to deeply understand the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Identify and provide requirements for customer research along the lifecycle journey.
  • Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to gain insights into customer engagement behaviour.
  • Develop and execute project initiatives within strict timelines.
  • Communicate strategy, results and program status updates to stakeholders.
  • Guide cross-functional delivery across multiple internal teams.
