The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end recovery process for high-risk arrears accounts, leveraging strong commercial judgement and effective stakeholder management to minimize losses and achieve optimal business outcomes.
This role requires a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, customer empathy, and commercial acumen to determine suitable recovery strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of high-risk arrears accounts to ensure timely resolution of outstanding debts.
- Apply advanced collections techniques to engage with customers, securing immediate payments or establishing sustainable agreements.
- Determine suitable recovery strategies, including debt write-offs, escalations, or referrals to mercantile agencies.
