Our centre is a place of hope, grounded in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander customs, values, spiritual connection to ancestral lands, seas, and waters, and cultural knowledge.
It offers a culturally safe and welcoming environment where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people can access support for their mental health and social and emotional wellbeing.
The centre takes a holistic approach that respects traditional healing methods. Staff are culturally aware, trauma-informed, recovery-focused, and provide warm, non-judgemental, and compassionate care.
Centre implementation is underway. We are recruiting passionate staff who are committed to delivering accessible and culturally safe care, and excited by the opportunity to help shape something from the ground up.

We are seeking individuals who are eager to contribute to the implementation of new programs and services, help refine processes, and play an active role in creating a welcoming, inclusive, and impactful space for our community.
Role Description:
- Provides narrative therapy to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in a culturally safe manner
- Grounded in cultural ways of healing and storytelling
- Advocates for whole-of-life, whole-of-family approaches to wellbeing
- Ensures all services reflect the experience, hopes, and strengths of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
