Job Title: Medical Instrument Specialist

This role involves ensuring the proper maintenance, inspection, and sterilization of surgical instruments and medical equipment for use in clinical departments and external customers.

The successful candidate will work efficiently with operating theatre staff to provide timely sterile products and equipment as required. They will be rotated through various areas within the department and responsible for maintaining consistency and continuous workflow between different operating theatre areas and the Central Sterilising Service Department.

Main responsibilities include working independently and as part of a team to manage deadlines, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain high operational standards in the sterilisation department.
