Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation and sterilisation of medical instruments and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of instrument tracking and sterilisation procedures
• Collaborate with the CSSD Manager to implement efficient workflows and improve quality control

Requirements
1. Completion of a Certificate III and IV in Sterilising Services or other relevant qualification
2. Minimum 3 to 4 years clinical experience as an Instrument Technician
3. Excellent understanding of infection control requirements and Australian Sterilising Standard (AS/NZS4187)
4. Strong team work skills with ability to adapt to changing priorities and work demands
5. Outstanding customer service skills with ability to build close working relationships within the CSSD team and operating theatres
