Job Title: Clearance Support Associate
About This Opportunity:

This role is a permanent full-time position, requiring 38 hours of work per week from Tuesday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to clarify clearance requirements and resolve discrepancies for successful shipment clearance.
  • Work with customers to gather necessary shipment information and documents when existing data is insufficient.
  • Evaluate shipment records against regulatory standards by validating and correcting data elements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate shipment inspections as required.
  • Maintain timely contact with customers through various communication channels, addressing both pre- and post-clearance issues.
