Welcome to a career that will drive you forward in delivering exceptional care outcomes. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to join our CRO division, based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to take responsibility for monitoring clinical trials, ensuring projects are conducted in accordance with applicable SOPs, regulations and ICH guidelines. You will work closely with Project Managers to ensure all aspects of the project are properly managed, and maintain project documentation in a timely and compliant manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as a key member of the project team, contributing to efficient trial management.
  • Perform Site Qualification Visits: discuss protocol, study requirements and local regulations with Investigator and other trial staff, ensuring site facilities meet protocol needs.
  • Support feasibility, site selection and start-up activities, including HREC submission preparation.
  • Negotiate site budgets and execute site contracts with PM support.
  • Train Investigators and trial staff on protocols and data collection methods during Site Initiation Visits.
  • Monitor participant source data via source document verification during Interim Monitoring Visits.
  • Perform Site Close-Out Visits and oversee all aspects of study site management.
About You

We're looking for a highly skilled professional with at least 3-4 years' experience in monitoring clinical trials in the CRO, Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology industry. Your expertise should include managing early phase oncology trials, EDC & CTMS, and all aspects of site-management from feasibility to close-out.
