We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Associate to join our Oncology team in Sydney, Perth or Melbourne. This is a full-time opportunity with an estimated salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum.

About the Role

As a Senior Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for effective site management across multiple high-profile studies, including site selection and start-up, initiation, monitoring, and closure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of clinical trials and provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective site management, including site selection, start-up, initiation, monitoring, and closure
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of clinical trials
  • Monitoring and maintaining study drug handling and data management
  • Providing exceptional patient care and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in life sciences
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a CRA
  • Excellent knowledge of international guidelines ICH-GCP, GMP/GDP, and relevant local regulations
  • Sound medical knowledge and ability to learn relevant AZ Therapeutic Areas
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused mindset
