Key Responsibilities- Lead, develop and resource the Flight Nursing team to ensure safe, kind and effective patient care.
- Maintain & develop flight nursing team knowledge and skills in aeromedical nursing.
- Use expert clinical knowledge to lead clinical service delivery, monitoring patient outcomes and experiences.
- Investigate incidents and/or safety concerns using SQR management.
- Maintain financial accountability for the flight nursing budget at the Alice Springs base.
About You:
- An experienced leader with outstanding communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- A strong relationship builder who can work within a multi-disciplinary team and has a thorough understanding of cross-cultural diversity.
- A Registered Nurse with at least 5 years post registration experience.
