Job OverviewWe seek a Director with expertise in agribusiness to join our team based in Perth.
The role offers broad exposure to various rural property types, including dryland and irrigated cropping, high rainfall, pastoral grazing, dairy, equine, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries, horticulture, post farm gate infrastructure, and water entitlements.
- Broad selection of agribusiness-based property for valuation.
- Quality private, corporate, institutional, and financial clients for collaboration and engagement.
- Best-in-class valuation delivery and quality assurance platform.
- Collaborate extensively with the Agribusiness Transaction team.
- Travel to regional/remote areas of WA.
- Develop marketing initiatives and contribute to business development and client engagement by taking ownership of new and existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with other service lines across the organization and complete valuation work for mutual clients.
- Seek and refer opportunities to other geographic locations and product lines.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- An Associate Member of the API and a Registered Valuer with at least 5 years' experience post CPV qualification.
- Ability to build strong business relationships with key internal and external contacts.
- Valid Australian drivers' license.
- Commercial awareness of strategy formulation and implementation.
- Problem-solving and analytical ability to generate information for sound business decisions.
