**Job Description**: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a key member of our Centre, you will play a vital role in crafting and enhancing exceptional learning programs for children. Your dedication to safety, inclusivity, and collaborative teamwork will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

  • Knowledge of National Regulations and Frameworks: You will have a thorough understanding of the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011, the National Quality Framework (NQF), the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VELYLDF).
  • Program Planning and Implementation: Experience in developing and undertaking program planning is highly desirable.
  • Long Day Care Experience: Relevant experience in a long day care setting is essential.
  • Child Development and Observation: You will have a deep knowledge of children's development and be able to observe, plan, implement, and evaluate a developmentally appropriate children's program.
  • Teamwork and Flexibility: Demonstrated ability to co-operatively contribute to and support a team environment, working flexibly within rooms and according to the needs of the Centre.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to work co-operatively and respect families from diverse cultural, socio-economic, and religious backgrounds.
