Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled Operations Readiness Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safe and reliable start-up of our brownfield ramp-up projects.

As an Operations Readiness Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in managing the operational readiness delivery portfolio of brownfield projects. This includes tracking readiness deliverables such as spare parts lists, asset registers, O&M manuals, and vendor documentation.

You will liaise between commissioning and operations teams to identify and address operational requirements. Additionally, you will provide documentation, training, and support to ensure teams are prepared to operate and maintain systems.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical & Instrumentation) and minimum 5 years' experience in mineral processing or heavy industrial plants, with at least 2 years in operational readiness.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for this role. You will also need to be proficient in SAP (PM, MM) and Microsoft Office.

Familiarity with Australian engineering and construction practices is highly desirable. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are also required.
