Job Title: Training Manager

We are seeking a skilled Training Manager to lead our trainer and assessor team, ensuring high-quality, compliant training and assessment, outstanding student engagement, and consistent delivery performance.

  • Lead, support, and coach trainers to deliver exceptional training and assessment.
  • Monitor performance, SLAs, and delivery standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Provide guidance and support on student queries, feedback, and complaints related to trainers.
  • Collaborate with the Academic Operations Lead to implement and embed new processes, quality improvements, and initiatives.
  • Facilitate one-on-ones, team meetings, and onboarding for new trainers.
  • Support trainers to maintain currency of qualifications, professional development, and industry engagement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in vocational education and training.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
  • Relevant vocational qualifications and current industry currency.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and delivery compliance.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
