Automotive Refinish Technician

The role of an Automotive Refinish Technician is pivotal in the paint repair process, ensuring a quality paint finish for customers. This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday with no weekends.

A successful candidate will possess strong technical skills and experience in Collision Repair industry. Be Trade Qualified and have full Australian Working rights and a valid drivers license.

The ideal candidate will be skilled at completing paint jobs according to processes and procedures, sign off on the final color, including minor adjustments for a high-quality paint finish, and maintain spray booths, equipment, and robots daily.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete paint jobs according to established standards.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as directed by leadership.
  • Maintain spray booths, equipment, and robots daily.

Requirements:

  • Trade Qualification in Automotive Painting or equivalent.
  • Experience in Collision Repair industry.
  • Full Australian Working rights and a valid drivers license.
