We are seeking a skilled IP systems analyst to join our IT team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and managing systems configuration and business rules within core Intellectual Property (IP) systems across Australia & New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage systems configuration and business rules within core Intellectual Property (IP) systems across Australia & New Zealand.
  • Implement business rule changes, analyse and design business processes, and customise templates.
  • Improve workflow in the IP systems through automation and other means.
  • Ensure all templates are up-to-date and standardised across the group.
  • Provide basic systems training for IP Management and Document Management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with business entities and communicate clearly.
  • Support day-to-day issues with IP Management systems.
  • Document changes and follow the change control process strictly.
  • Protect data integrity within the core IP systems.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary or professional qualification in information technology and management is advantageous.
  • Experience in IP Management systems or business processes.
  • Exposure to VBA and/or SQL is advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Inprotech.
  • Excellent influencing skills, communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and time management.
