Job Description

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation and maintenance of client equipment. This involves coordinating and managing all service, maintenance, and breakdown activities across Australia and New Zealand.

You will lead a team of skilled service technicians and dedicated office staff, driving excellence in service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your goal will be to optimize resource allocation, minimize downtime, and build strong relationships with clients.

To achieve this, you will collaborate with the service team to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks, oversee the dispatch and allocation of service techs, and develop strategies to enhance service processes and improve efficiency.

  • Coordinate and manage all service, maintenance, and breakdown activities for waste management equipment across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Collaborate with service technicians to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks.
  • Lead and mentor the service team, fostering skill development and quality workmanship.

  • Monitor and report on service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
