**Event Planner Role:** As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing events aimed at engaging students, parents, educators, and stakeholders within the education community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop event concepts, themes, and objectives with cross-functional teams.
  • Plan, organize, and execute events from conception to completion, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics.
  • Coordinate event promotion and marketing efforts to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Manage event timelines, schedules, and on-site logistics to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for attendees.
  • Cultivate relationships with partners, sponsors, and vendors to enhance event offerings and opportunities for collaboration.
  • Collect and analyze feedback and metrics to measure the success of events and identify areas for improvement.
