RAMP Workforce Planner

As a highly skilled and experienced workforce planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our airside, ramp, and baggage facilities. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in roster creation and analysis to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Roster Management: Create and maintain efficient and compliant rosters that meet the needs of our operations team.
  • Analysis and Optimization: Analyze roster data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, and implement changes to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to team members on roster system functionalities and best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Documentation and Communication: Coordinate the development of resource planning documentation and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates and insights.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in operational resource planning.
  • Experience in workforce planning and/or crewing for large complex teams in the aviation industry is essential.
  • Experience in reading and interpreting enterprise agreements and national awards.
  • Leadership exposure and commitment to driving operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills well-suited to building business relationships with existing and potential customers and managing all internal as well as external stakeholders at all levels.
