Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technology Platform Lead to support our client on a greenfield project.


About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and operating the technology platform and engineering foundations for a next-generation talent marketplace.


  • Define target architecture and NFRs;
  • Publish reference implementations for teams to adopt;
  • Grow and evolve the engineering team and culture; hiring, onboarding, coaching, and showing by doing;
  • Run guilds, code reviews, and DoR/DoD quality gates;
  • Measure DevEx (e.g. DORA).

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including product and data squads, to drive measurable outcomes and improve the overall efficiency of the organization.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture;
  • 3+ years of experience leading platform and solution delivery for multi-channel products;
  • Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, API gateway/service mesh, event streaming (e.g. Kafka), CI/CD & Terraform, and observability;
  • Embedded security/privacy and compliance by design;
  • Ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.
