Job Description:
This unique opportunity allows you to drive critical networking components and features within the Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) platform. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and scaling essential systems.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to determine requirements for traffic management scenarios.
Lead the identification of dependencies and develop design documents for product, application, service, or platform initiatives.
Mentor others and lead by example to produce high-quality, maintainable code used across products.
Stay current with emerging technologies and patterns to enhance the availability, reliability, performance, observability, and efficiency of our systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field AND 4+ years of experience in backend development with coding in languages like C, C++, Golang, or Rust OR equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in developing cloud native L3 (network layer) to L7 (application layer) network traffic management techniques.
2+ years of experience with Kubernetes development.
