The Trade Counter Assistant is a pivotal role within our organization, providing exceptional customer service and support to customers. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for providing accurate product information, generating quotes both in-person and over the phone, and ensuring seamless stock control activities.
About the Role:- Offer tailored customer service and responses to queries regarding products.
- Develop and provide detailed quotes for clients, both face-to-face and via phone calls.
- Execute efficient pick-packing processes and maintain shop floor displays.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Make occasional deliveries to customers using company vehicles.
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles is essential.
- Proficiency in order picking, display maintenance, and accurate information provision.
- Basic computer skills with a willingness to learn new systems.
- Valid driver's license and adaptability to varied shifts, including weekends.
