About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled ERP Business Analyst to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in bridging business needs with technology solutions across all areas of the business. You'll lead analysis efforts for strategic initiatives, support continuous improvement of enterprise systems, and mentor junior analysts.
This is a hands-on role that combines business analysis, process improvement, and system optimisation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across sales, procurement, planning, logistics, finance, marketing, and customer service to ensure our core technology platforms are fully leveraged to enhance business performance and customer experience.
What You'll Do- Business Analysis & Process Improvement: Lead end-to-end business analysis across functional domains; facilitate workshops, document requirements, and optimise processes for efficiency and customer experience.
- Application Platform Management: Configure and maintain ERP and enterprise systems; provide end-user support; work with vendors and IT teams to resolve system issues.
- Project Support & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead small to medium-sized projects; coordinate testing, training, and change management activities; deliver clear documentation.
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Provide coaching to junior analysts; share best practices in analysis and system use; support capability development within the team.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collaborate with stakeholders to design reports and dashboards; generate insights using ERP, Data Warehouse, and CRM data to support decision-making.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure systems and processes comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- 5+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong background in retail, buying & planning, supply chain, and/or finance.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, D365).
- Skilled in process mapping, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Proficiency in Visio, Power BI, Excel, and project management tools.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, passionate about continuous improvement and innovation.
