Head of Training and Certification

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Training and Certification Business in ANZ. As the Head of Training and Certification, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own executive relationships with top AWS customers to drive their long-term learning and development agendas.
- Work closely with the Account and Partner Teams to identify, plan, and deliver Training and Certification Programs for AWS Partner and Customer Audiences.
- Collaborate across teams within AWS to establish local programs that deliver downstream impact for the customer and AWS.
- Coach and manage a team of Business Development Managers, setting team and individual goals and revenue plans.
- Maintain a strong relationship with customers to ensure flawless execution of training plans.
About the Team
The Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) team is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including the public sector.
