We are seeking a skilled and dedicated interpreter to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a casual position that involves providing high-quality interpreting services to RCH staff, patients, and their families.

The role requires the ability to interpret in NAATI certified language and provide administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting for RCH staff, patients, and their families
  • Providing administrative support as needed
  • Contributing to a high-performing team of interpreters

Requirements:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualification/NAATI Interpreter certification (Level 3 or Provisional Interpreter Certification level)
  • Demonstrated adherence to the AUSIT Code of Ethics
  • High level of computer literacy and skills for electronic medical records, search engines, data collection systems, telehealth, video conferencing, and Microsoft Office 365
