Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Customer Liaison Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to identify new business opportunities and grow revenue.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed targets.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and product training sessions to ensure excellent customer service and support.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and market intelligence.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (written and verbal) in English and Japanese.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Relevant experience in business development, account management, sales, and/or customer service.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving ability.
