Lead AI Engineering and Innovation

As a pioneering leader in the field of AI, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions that drive innovation and growth.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify strategic opportunities to leverage AI and data science to deliver business value and stay ahead of the competition.

This role is ideal for a seasoned technologist with a strong background in software engineering, data science, and AI, who is passionate about building and leading high-performing teams.

You will have a proven track record of launching successful AI initiatives, designing and scaling data platforms, and driving technical decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and non-technical audiences.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring large teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI strategies that drive business growth and innovation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and build AI-powered solutions
  • Collaborate with data science and platform teams to develop and deploy AI models
  • Make key technical decisions around architecture, infrastructure, and technology investments
  • Represent AI strategy to executive stakeholders, customers, partners, and industry experts

Requirements:

  • BS or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • 12+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, and AI
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership roles, with a focus on AI and data-intensive environments
  • Proven track record of launching successful AI initiatives and driving technical decision-making
