Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Exploring emerging AI assisted engineering tools and cloud services, providing insightful feedback and expertise
  • Benchmarking platforms and tools against industry standards, balancing security, performance, availability, and maintainability concerns
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to tackle complex technical challenges, contributing to design and implementation to ensure quality engineering outcomes
  • Delivering robust and scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly into other teams' workflows and products
  • Participating in peer reviews, maintaining high-quality codebases, and developing documentation for knowledge sharing
  • Working on innovative projects, ensuring alignment and addressing inter-dependencies

We seek talented individuals who have:

  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing reliable, scalable, and maintainable platforms
  • A deep understanding of AI/ML applications and their potential to enhance platform engineering processes
  • Experience supporting RAGs using LlamaIndex, LangChain, or similar frameworks
  • Desirable exposure supporting Agentic AI systems using AutoGen, SemanticKernel, Pydantic, or similar frameworks
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript, or C#) and experience supporting microservices architecture on cloud platforms (AWS & Azure)
  • A keen interest in researching new AI tooling and experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Continue, GitHub CoPilot, Aider, Cline, etc.
  • Knowledge or exposure in Anthropic Claude, Llama, LiteLLM, Cursor, windsurf / Codeium, VO Vercel, Continue, Aider, Cline, Langchain, Langgraph, Hugging Face will be highly desirable
  • A proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to solve business-critical problems
