The Midwife Manager will oversee the delivery of high-quality midwifery care in a dynamic healthcare environment. This pivotal role involves utilising advanced midwifery skills and leadership capabilities to provide outstanding clinical supervision, ensuring the highest standards of woman-centred care across the continuum.
Responsibilities include operational management of the unit, as well as providing advice and guidance on clinical standards in collaboration with senior staff.
Requirements:- Advanced clinical knowledge and experience in evidence-based midwifery care
- Ability to function effectively as both a team leader and team member in a multidisciplinary setting
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong capability in negotiation and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of quality and risk management principles as they apply to clinical practice
