Job Description:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Passion for caring for others: A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and their families.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with residents, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Nursing degree or equivalent: A Bachelor's degree in nursing (or equivalent) and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Experience in aged care: Previous experience working in aged care or a related field is highly regarded.
  • Leadership and teamwork: The ability to lead, motivate, and support colleagues to deliver high-quality care.
