Procurement Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Huntingwood, NSW.

This role involves overseeing the planning, monitoring and controlling of new truck inventory and associated product lines. You will liaise with factories and customers to ensure timely deliveries and provide product lead time updates while maintaining branch stock levels of new equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor order processing status from order date to arrival date and provide relevant updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with all internal branches to support timely stock receiving and transfers.
  • Prepare and submit documentation for preparation of trucks to branches.
  • Liaise with factories to ensure best on time deliveries of equipment.
  • Maintain/update stock levels of new equipment inventory as well as internal price lists that drive ordering systems.

Requirements for Success:

  • Experience working in a purchasing position with an understanding of international & local supply chain process.
  • Understanding of capital equipment purchasing and shipping is desirable.
  • Strong communication and computer skills including excel skills.
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills and stakeholder management.
