Senior Director of Psychological Services

The primary objective of this role is to provide strategic oversight and leadership to our psychological services division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement and manage psychological programs that support recovery and prevention of psychological injuries.
  • Lead the strategic and operational performance of psychological programs across all service lines.
  • Drive service quality, financial outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, training and performance management for clinical and operational staff.
  • Partner with business development and account management teams to support customer success and drive growth.

This position requires a visionary leader with strong leadership skills and experience in designing and delivering psychological or mental health programs.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering psychological or mental health programs, ideally in a healthcare or return-to-work setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage clinical and operational teams.
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of driving business growth and service innovation.
  • Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and executive stakeholders.
  • High-level communication, emotional intelligence and decision-making skills.
